A: Check all the connections from your computer to the modem and to the wall. Disconnect and reconnect them to make sure. Also try powering the modem off and then on again.

 

Q: I can't access my emails.

A: Make sure you have typed the account information correctly. Also check to make sure you are still connected to the internet.

 

Q: I have a wireless connection to my modem but my computer won't connect.

A: Ensure you have the correct password, also make sure you are trying to connect to the right router, some routers might have similar names.
